Slow down slow down slow then


If you are feeling angry then slow down. If you are feeling anxious then slow down. If you are dealing with an angry client then slow down.  Asking an angry person to start describing what is happening to them and what they are feeling can work magic.  An angry client in the therapeutic relationship can be helped to slow down by getting in touch with body work.
